Right. Like I said, I wasn t sure about it being a complete factory reset but indeed, if even the function keys have been mangled up this wouldn t work.

There s also a way of resetting on the BCR/BCF itself although I m not sure if this restores ALL functions but the manual the manual calls it a panic reset
