I agree with your 82% (actually more like 85%) observation, but my ramp is smooth from there to about 95%. Beyond that its really difficult to judge. Andy

Read the MIS website on dealing with clogs. It s very good. Stick in an original Epson cart. That tells you if it s a nozzle clog (probably not) or something
